Steeping Instructions

• Use fresh, pure water for brewing.
• Measure one teaspoon of Darjeeling 1st Flush tea for every 150 ml of water.
• Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool briefly.
• Pour the water over the tea leaves.
• Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.

Along with breakfast or 30 minutes after lunch. Also an ideal afternoon pick-me-up tea.
